Pregnancy and motherhood deepened my self-discovery. But the truth is, the path I walk now isn’t just about birth. It’s about becoming.
It’s about holding space for women to reclaim themselves from the inside out.

I guide women who are ready to return to the wisdom of their bodies, to face themselves with truth, and to transmute fear into love.

My approach blends somatic practices, breathwork, intuitive coaching, and fierce, loving accountability. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you remember who you already are.
